About Seed & Shelter
Seed & Shelter runs transitional housing and a food distribution hub in Barstow, in California's high desert — a town where the nearest alternative is often an hour's drive away. The program is built around one idea: that a bed and a meal are the start of somebody's year, not the whole of it.

How records are kept
Intake, consent, identification and insurance eligibility are handled in a separate secure portal, not on this website. Photographs of identification are read once and destroyed within 48 hours. Records are held for Seed & Shelter and are not sold, shared, or used for anything but somebody's care.
